The Cheshire Cookery School is turning up the heat with the launch of Friday Night Kitchen, a brand-new series of evening cookery classes designed as the ultimate night out.Each Friday night, the school transforms into a buzzing, hands-on kitchen where you can cook up a storm with friends, dates, family, or fly solo. Each class mixes chef-led demonstrations with hands-on cooking.Join them on 13th February for their Macaron class!Delicate, colourful, outrageously moreish – the French macaron is patisserie perfection in two bites (or one…)In this class, you’ll unlock the secrets to the ultimate fancy bake: from whipping up glossy meringue to cracking that smooth shell with the perfect chewy centre.Guided by your chef, you’ll pipe, fill and decorate your own selection of classic macarons – then head home with a box of your very own creations, if they last that long…Friday nights aren’t for rulebooks, and neither are their classes. Here, it’s all about rolling up your sleeves, having a laugh and picking up new kitchen skills, you’ll be kicking off the weekend with good food and great company.They’ll take care of the prep so you can get stuck into the fun stuff, the sizzling, flipping and tasting. No recipe sheets on the night, but don’t worry, they’ll send you the full recipe pack afterwards so you can recreate the magic at home. Their chefs will be on hand with tips and tricks, and once the cooking’s done, you’ll grab a drink sit down to enjoy the feast you’ve made together. They’ll set the perfect Friday tone.
