Ever wanted to learn the secrets behind the perfect pizza dough and how to stretch and pin like a pro? As part of A Taste of Altrincham, join this hands-on pizza masterclass with Jonny Heyes, co-founder of Nell’s Pizza, on Thursday 5 March at 7pm. You’ll learn the skills behind great dough and make your very own 14” pizza from scratch, with all materials included. Tickets are £35 per person, with the option to add a welcome drink for £5. Booking is via the Nell’s Pizza website.
